I absolutely love my health supplements from SoulFit – a scoop of MFL Slim Whey (berry flavour) into my morning smoothie gives me that extra boost to get going in the morning and I’ve definitely noticed a difference in energy levels. My absolute fave is the Natures Best Collagen Powder – after taking it for two months and as someone with a bit of maturity, my skin is looking the best it has in a long time, really hydrated and even my joints are feeling strong.
