Shipping Policy

When your order has been been placed and received you will receive a confirmation email from our Customer Services Team.

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 8.30am - 3.30pm NZST.

​Tracking advice will be sent to your email with your consignment number once your order has been dispatched so you can track its delivery. 

We aim to process orders within 24 hours but orders can take up to two business days before being shipped.

In some cases we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped.  To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Service Team

We recommend providing a suitable daytime delivery address to ensure someone is available to sign for your order. If no one is available to sign for your order, a calling card or email will be provided & your order will be taken to the closest post office for collection.
